  • Exhibition Hall A is a pillar-free room, perfect for concerts and other multi-purpose events.
  • Exhibition Halls B1-B5 can be used as one large hall or partitioned by 6 movable shutters located in each hall(10m wide and 8m high).
  • Meeting rooms located adjacent to the entrance hall.
  • Backyard has enough space for 10-ton trucks to pass each other.

  • Day and time, or period when you would like to use the center
  • Facility you would like to use (e.g. a hall and a conference room)

We will confirm the reservation status and conditions, and send you an application form.

2Submission of the advance application form

Please enter the necessary information and place your seal on the advance application form you received, and submit it to us.
Before submitting it, please read the terms and conditions that require your agreement set forth on the back of the form.

3Provision of unofficial notification

After submission of advanced applications, we will adjust usage schedules as necessary and provide notifications to prospects in sequence.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please inform us. We will send you a form.

4Acceptance of official order

From January 2018, we will accept official orders. (This schedule may be changed depending on progress of the selection of a business operator.)
When accepting official orders, we will offer terms and conditions again and reconfirm the intention of the applicant.
